Jim and his team have a great passion for their work, always attentive to detail and Jim has an excellent background knowledge of our property because we purchased the said property through him 8 years ago. He appreciates and can see the quality and presentation of a property and always has a very positive attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he always provides informative feedback. It was a pleasure for us to have Jim and his team as our Agents

David has extensive knowledge of the Geelong property market and was able to give honest feedback prior to the decision to sell. He kept us so well informed along the way re the open house process and potential buyers and even though we were nervous prior to the auction, his description of the process and knowledge of the market was very reassuring. He also has a great team of support at Mc Grath real estate. The way they all work together on auction day was impressive. Thank you.

I've known Mergim for a while as he's helped my parents to both buy and sell properties. Buying this property was the first time I was the client myself. Mergim was very professional, and explained the contract details clearly. He also successfully negotiated a reasonable price very quickly, allowing for a swift purchase.

I have known Jim professionally for many years, as one of Geelong's most experienced property valuers, and he as a prominent agent, we cross paths quite often. Jim has always struck me as an honest man with high integrity and a good grasp on the understandings of property Values and the Geelong markets. When it came time to sell my property at June Avenue Hamlyn Heights, and with the knowledge that we had very sensitive tenants in situ, I wanted someone whom could manage the relationship with the tenant and still get top price for the property. Jim and his team did a great job, there was no less than four (4) personal at each open, and he followed every lead up personally. by the time the auction came, we had six (6) parties whom had shown great interest with four (4) whom actually turned up and bid. It was a huge success with the property selling sixty thousand ($60,000) above reserve. I could not recommend Jim and his team at McGrath Geelong high enough. Thanks again, Gareth Kent AAPI Certified Property Valuer Director of PRP Valuers Geelong.

We found Egle Skridulis focused, hard work and honesty across our dealings in relation to our property. Egle Skridulis meet our’ expectations,” she explained and made the process less stressful, she is a good listener, and always made herself available at anytime. Egles was very attentive with prospective buyers, by conducting our house open inspections at additional times outside the normal Saturday opening times. She presented our home with back ground music and made the opens peaceful experience. Her strong property marketing capabilities along with her communication skills ensured we got the best outcome for selling our property. We cant thank Egle enough, from start to finish she was a pleasure to deal with she took the stress and pressure out of selling our property, which was more unique as our semi-rural farm, of large home on 3 acers, wasn’t like any other normal suburban property sale process. We would recommend Egle Skridulis to anyone wanting to sell their property. Regards Carolyn & Rodney

She was great through the whole process keeping me fully informed at all times of constant feedback on my property, after the sale of the house Egle has also assisted me with other inquiries to do with my knew purchase.
