I have known David on both the buy and sell side. On the buy side, he was tough to negotiate with mounting a solid defence on the property attributes/value on behalf his client. This was the reason I was glad to have him (and Josh) in my camp when it came to sell the property. McGrath knew how the property needed to be presented/marketed to get the highest number of potential buyers through.
