David was very helpful through-out the sales campaign and answered any questions we had regarding the property. He was also great on auction day especially during the negotiation period. Good work David!

Right from the start McGrath were upfront with how the auction process works. We trusted Jim and his team would get the job done exceeding all expectations. They were professional and diligent in representing us and selling our property. Thanks Jim and the McGrath team!!

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jim Cross for the sale of our property, and we couldn't be happier. If you want an agent who is honest and without hidden agendas, and goes that "extra mile" Jim should be your choice. He was always extremely professional, positive, punctional and provided feedback at all times. Importantly he has the knack of "screening"potential buyers. We really appreciated the hard work he put in.

Have known David for a while, this is my second dealing with him, he hasnt changed which is good, always happy to see and chat with you. Always happy to recommend him and will be using him again shortly.

I was recommended David by a friend who has dealt with him for many years and I was not dissapointed. David is a straight shooter, knows the market very well and sold my house within the range we wanted. The advertising campaign was clean, sharp and modern. We were kept up to date on all leads following inspection and I will definitely be using him again in the future.

If you are considering selling your property here in Geelong, all we can say is engage David Cortous from McGrath. From the engagement, right through to the auction, we were kept fully informed and all options were made available to us. The sale of this property was important as it formed part of my Mother's retirement. Not only did David achieve a terrific result for her but all staff involved were enormously respectful of her and her home. Thank you to David and all the staff at McGrath Geelong. We will be back!!

David was easy to get along with and was also very professional and respectful. A great local agent.

Egle was great to deal with. She sold my property quickly and for more than I was asking for. Thanks Egle!

Very happy with Egle. She kept me informed at all times, was pleasant to deal with and sold my property quicker than I thought possible. Many thanks Egle!

I found David and his team an excellent agency choice for the sale of my property. The (minimum) weekly communication was welcomed, not always forthcoming from other agents, and ensured that I was always completely informed of the campaign status and progress. Of course the ultimate test was the auction, and David delivered on the day with a sale significantly above the reserve price. I would have no hesitation in recommending David and his team at McGrath's Geelong.

David sold us our house 12 years ago and was so easy and professional to deal with that we asked him to sell it for us when it came time. Again, David and his team were consummate professionals. Thanks so much.

Selling our house with David was an absolute pleasure. David is extremely friendly, hard working, approachable, and down to earth. Add in the years of experience and local knowledge he has and you have an agent that not only worked hard to sell our home for what it was worth and in an expedited fashion, but kept us feeling confident and comfortable throughout the process by keeping us up to date with what was happening, whether it was good news or bad news, and supported it with expert advice and recommendations. We would highly recommend David McGuiness to anyone looking for an agent that will work hard to get you a fair price for their property in a timely manner.
