I have referred a client to David and he did extensive work with them over a long period with as they were in a very tight situation and I know they were very happy with him. He is courteous and generally a nice person to know. He always gets back to me about progress. He sold the above unit at an excellent price and had to deal with a very emotional purchaser and her difficult and interfering family. I was one of the executors. He made it easy for me to work with the other executors who didn’t live locally and got everything over to them and signed promptly. He is currently selling another unit which is proving to be harder to sell.
