I was incredibly impressed with Aggie as an agent to sell our house. She was able to help us find the right people to get paint and carpet done during the busy lead-up to Christmas (a timing detail I had overlooked) and had good people to call on for anything else that we needed to organise. Despite my gut instinct, we went with her advice for the pricing on the property and found ourselves receiving two offers within 4 days of the house listing - one exceeding the asking range. It was very clear from dealing with her that she took a lot of pride in her work and was actively helping purchasers to find the home they wanted by advising them on the right way to go about it.
