I was incredibly impressed with Aggie as an agent to sell our house. She was able to help us find the right people to get paint and carpet done during the busy lead-up to Christmas (a timing detail I had overlooked) and had good people to call on for anything else that we needed to organise. Despite my gut instinct, we went with her advice for the pricing on the property and found ourselves receiving two offers within 4 days of the house listing - one exceeding the asking range. It was very clear from dealing with her that she took a lot of pride in her work and was actively helping purchasers to find the home they wanted by advising them on the right way to go about it. Having an agent who isn't trying to rip anyone off or just get a house off the books meant that everyone was a lot more engaged in the sale and made it all come together wonderfully. Truthfully I didn't get time to stress about the sale. It was listed, I looked at the photos, a few days later she called me after the open house with an offer I couldn't say no to, she guided the process to finalise the offer and it was all done. I'd definitely use her to sell or buy again in future.

I could not have asked for a better agent than David McGuiness. He was professional, across all aspects of real estate, gave excellent advice, recommendations and was an all round pleasure to have looking after the sale of my property. He was also sensitive to the needs of the current tenant of the property. I would (and have already) highly recommend him to anyone selling a property. He was positive but cautious about the pricing, and he sold the property within a week of it going on the market for the top figure in the range it was advertised for.
