Peter lead a team of people through a difficult sale process where an earlier failed auction resulted. The earlier problems were not of his making. I would like to thank Peter for his professional and helpful approach during our sale process.

Peter is a professional, hard working estate agent. Our experience with Peter has been a positive one and we very much valued his expertise, constant feedback during the campaign and his work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter & Ray White Group for those who are looking to sell in the area.

I think Peter being in real estate and I am assuming you have been for some time. You should have more faith in people re reserve price. I had had done some research that myself and I new it would Sell more than what you said. I am thankful there were two bidders there that wanted it if there was not we would have been $70,000.00 short and that is a lot of money. So if I can do my research in selling and how much you should have done yours.

My brother and I recently sold our house in Glen Waverley through Andrew Davis and his team at Ray White Glen Waverley. We invited Andrew to discuss the sale of our house after having done some research on the performance of the agents in our local area. Andrew has got a great knowledge of the market. We are impressed with Andrew's professionalism, dedication and support during the entire process. He gave us some very valuable, practical and sensible advice on preparing our house for sale. He also organized tradesman to help us with minor jobs around the house. His advice on the marketing strategy was pragmatic and his prompted action helped us secured discounted advertising in our local magazine when it became available. We also had regular meetings to discuss and review market responses, trends and our selling/auction strategy throughout the process. We are very happy with the price we sold our house for. We felt at ease throughout the entire process. We would really like to thank Andrew and his team for their great effort.
