I cannot speak more highly of the level of service we received from Peter Meseha when selling our property. His market knowledge is spot on and he kept us informed of everything that was going on the whole time. He always listened to us and was very willing to work with us. At no time did we feel pressured in any way, we always felt in control of the process. His advice was invaluable to our decision making process. I would like to mention Robert who took charge of most of the open inspections, his care of the property in our absence was excellent. The house was as good on auction day as the day we first presented it. Thank you to Peter and Ray White, I doubt that we would have had such a great result with any other agent.

On the 14th December 2014 my husband and myself sold our family home of 40 years, this home had also been in my husband's family since 1925 and 5 generations living in this home. This was a big decision to sell and move into an apartment . After seeing the outcomes and professionalism that Peter Meseha has selling houses it was a very easy decision to ask him if would be available to sell our family home. Peter was coming into Abbotsford which was out of his area, at all times we felt we were getting 100% plus full support, nothing was ever to much for Peter in helping us at all times day and night. I highly recommend Andrew Davies - he is delightful to deal with - no theatrics or nonsense which I really appreciated. He just got on and did the job as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Andrew and his colleague Travis Brown achieved an outstanding result under some difficult circumstances and I can honestly say I have never seen two people work harder than they did. Andrew was spectacular on the day of our auction. He managed to get us a wonderful price. In pouring rain, Andrew kept the crowd involved in the auction, and wouldn't drop the hammer until the very last possible bid had been given. We are delighted with his performance.

Andrew was straight down the line in talking about expectations, process, fees etc there were no surprises. He and his team then attended to each and every detail. Andrew even moved furniture around himself during the photo shoot to get the best angles, but never did he spend money that wasn't going to get a result. Then at auction - it was like pulling teeth 12 minutes in not a bid, 30 minutes in underway but stalled $250K below reserve still the team pushed and cajoled then finally sold the property $170K above reserve in a cooling shy market. Andrew was so totally focused on getting a great result for us but above all he was pleasant, not pushy, professional and a really nice guy
