Selling a much loved family home holding a lot of meaningful history for us wasn't an easy step although we were committed to moving on, so committed to sell. Our personal time frame inadvertently meant we were on the market just as restrictions began - an unpredictable surprise, and that's where we certainly appreciated James' input. Talking things through with James made decision making easier, and we felt we were 'in it together' and supported, which was crucial as the situation developed.
