It was clear that Gabriela understood the inner west market and was very experienced in selling in the area. She offered realistic advise, was efficient and ultimately sold my property for a price I was happy with. Thank you Gabriela!

We found to be Gabriela very professional, friendly, and easy to work with as buyers. She was quick to respond to our questions with clear answers and, from what we could tell, effectively represented the needs of her sellers. I would absolutely want someone like her representing to be me as a seller.

As first-time sellers, Gabriela gave us absolute confidence. She brought a personal commitment that complemented her deep understanding of the process and the market. From our first meeting right through to exchanging contracts she walked us through each stage, made sure we were comfortable, clearly explained our options, and helped us achieve a great result.

We have been in the market for a property for a few years, and have met most of the agents in the area. Peter had kept us up to date on new market opportunities, and followed up with us numerous times. What differentiates Peter from other agents is the type of relationship he established with us, his attitude to customers, the positive vibe he shows and the hard work he puts in. It makes a sometimes very frustrating situation that much easier. I would definitely be happy to go through the process with Peter again.

David’s summation of the COVID -19 market and what he saw as opportunities and challenges were spot on. He did not provide false hope but certainly advised that he had good reason to think the unit could be sold in 10-14 days if priced correctly. Unit was sold in under 10 days and selling price far exceeded our expections.

David was extremely accomodating and helpful. He was always readily available to take our calls and worked with us and the vendor to secure the sale of what is a truely beautiful property. Thank you David and the team at Hudson McHugh

David is excellent with understanding exactly what you need when selling your home, communicating and making sure you knew step by step the process from start to finish. For me this was the quickest, smoothest sale of a property that I have ever experienced. I feel this is due to his rapport with his clients and having the understanding of an ever changing climate in the property market.

From the initial conversation it was clear Gabriela knew the market, suburb, our Specific property type etc. She catered for our specific needs, was highly motivated and upfront with what she thought would work best for us (which did in the end).

Really friendly and very accommodating to our requests!

David did a great job selling our house as COVID-19 struck! We were looking to sell off market, and David organised everything quickly to get to market and had several buyers through. He was able to negotiate a successful sale.

Its tough to argue with results and David has those. When you meet him, you can understand why. David was very patient and supportive walking us through the process, he made sure he understood our needs and we understood his point before moving to the next step. We always felt David would do what was best for us and that he was working extremely hard in the background to ensure he was providing the best possible advice, especially in these tricky times.

David and his team at Hudson McHugh worked tirelessly to achieve an amazing result for us, especially during the Coronavirus. David was very friendly and efficient in his communication and was super quick in the exchanging of contracts. Within an hour of a potential buyer viewing our property, David had exchanged contracts and sealed the deal! He has a vast knowledge of the local area and a huge database of potential buyers who he got ready to view our property as soon as we listed. We can't thank David and his team enough for all their hard work!
