Great agent, on the ball, good communication, made the process easy, no problems.

David and his team were great. David communicated with us constantly and clearly at all times and was very realistic in his expectation (didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, kept it real). David attended all OFI's, didn't sign us up and then pass it onto someone else in his office to manage, we greatly appreciated the relationship carried throughout the campaign. James was a fabulous auctioneer injecting further passion on auction day. We are very pleased with the result achieved. Thanks Hudson McHugh X

Gabriela was great in making our first sale seamless and stress free. She kept us up to date with the campaign and was honest with feedback and guided us through the process on Auction day. Her knowledge and professionalism is a testament to our wonderful sale result.

Gabriella had the specialist skills I needed to sell my tiny flat. I interviewed 3 different agents and she came out on top in terms of price range, communication and experience. She got above the price range and kept me informed through the whole process. As the property was Tennant's she also managed that beautifully too. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to friends + family (and strangers 😉).

I cannot rate David highly enough. From our first meeting to the auction he looked after me so well. Selling a house after nearly 40 years was an overwhelming prospect but David promised it would be smooth sailing snd it certainly was. Thank you so much David to you and all your staff at Hudson McHugh . Would not hesitate to recommend you all.

Gabi was very easy to deal with. She was professional throughout the whole sales process and kept us informed on how the inspections where going. She provided valuable knowledge about the Summer Hill area and the property market in general. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

We sold our one-bedder through Gabriella and we were very happy with the result. She seems highly results-driven and worked with us to get the result we wanted. The sale was quick and we got a fair price for the unit, based on the current market. Gabriella has been in the industry for a long time and her market knowledge and knowledge of the area shine through.

At our first meeting David told us that he would focus on providing really good customer service and that is exactly what we received. He has very good knowledge of the Leichhardt market and put this to good use in finding us a buyer within 2 weeks of going to sale, and achieving a price that was higher than what we were expecting. Many thanks for a job well done.

I have recently purchased a property in Leichhardt sold by David Eastway. David has an in-depth understanding of the Sydney Inner West area. Prior to this property he introduced me to a number of others and had always been proactive in discussions around market conditions and properties that may meet my requirements. Thank you David.

I've used Gabriela to sell 2 properties in Summer Hill and both times she has done an excellent job. She has a great knowledge of the market and got the properties listed quickly. The marketing was spot on and both properties sold within a week, for prices beyond my expectations. If I need an agent to sell again in this area I'll definitely be using Gabriela.
