David is an outstanding real estate agent who I would have no hesitation in recommending. In fact, I’d go as far as saying that it would be unwise to use anybody else other than Hudson McHugh in the local area. The sale results achieved by David, James and the team speak for themselves, and reflect the hard work they put in to secure the best possible sale results. Communication and consultation throughout the whole sale process are second to none, and to cap it all off, David is just an all-round great guy who is a pleasure to deal with.

James Price handled the sale of my father's house. Throughout the process he was organised and efficient, providing regular, detailed feedback. His advice on presentation was spot on – no unnecessary expenditure involved – and he was always available to provide advice in a friendly, easy-going manner. He is also an experienced auctioneer who helped bring about an excellent result.

The most impressive thing about David Eastway is his professionalism. He always returns phone calls immediately, provides feedback on what is happening with the sale and ultimately secured us a good result.

Straight forward, transparent and motivated to get a successful outcome, you cant ask for much more in a Real Estate professional. While David represents his clients, working hard to get them the best outcome, he also appreciates that a happy buyer is very important for business also. I met James at an Auction a year ago when we were deciding whether or not to sell our apartment. He kept in touch with me almost every 2 weeks for the rest of the year. When we finally decided to sell we thought if he is as tenacious with following up the buyers as he has been with trying to get my sale then it was worth a crack to give him the listing. It was also extremely important to find someone my wife and I trusted and got along with. James was very good at keeping us informed on how the marketing was going with phone calls, texts or emails. James was enthusiastic and highly motivated to achieve the best results for us. James also conducted the Auction and did an excellent job in getting the bids moving quickly to get a great price that we were happy with. James has been a pleasure to do business with and we are more than happy to recommend him to other sellers thinking of listing with Hudson McHugh. Good Luck!

From the beginning to the end of the process, I found the team, in particular David Eastway, executed their services in a professional manner. David would respond promptly to my phone calls and emails. I never had to wait long to hear back from him. All the way through, he kept us up to date. On the day of the auction, he worked with us to achieve a realistic, acceptable result. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team
