In what feels like a long time ago was less than 10 days ago when I received an email invitation from Hudson McHugh to inspect a Pre-Market opportunity in Leichhardt. When I arrived at the property I was met by David's colleague Joseph Fenech who helped me get to know the house and gave a lot of information about the area. I immediately expressed interest in the property and early the following week liaised with David and Joseph about the property. They both were extremely responsive, were able to quickly answer questions about the property, contract and building report such that I had an offer accepted and exchanged within six days of first receiving the email invitation to attend. Forced to sell due to unfortunate personal circumstances. James showed empathy and care, but more importantly understood the best way he could help is to secure a strong result… which he did. Special mention to property manager Dale, who went right out of her way to negotiate and resolve an issue that was causing great frustration.
