We had only met David for this sale. From the first meeting we were impressed with his professional approach and communication. His staff were also very helpful and responsive. We would be very comfortable to appoint David for any future sales in the same area.

David is a class act - very personable, knows the Inner West market like the back of his hand, and above all else delivered (along with the rest of the great team at Hudson McHugh). If you're looking to buy or sell in the Inner West, you shouldn't look any further - highly recommended.

We engaged early with James and he was a wealth of knowledge and support in preparing our house for sale. He and his team provided assistance with accessing tradespeople and made everything seamless. James is undoubtedly an expert on the area and also has a wide network to ensure that the sales campaign will be a success. We moved interstate before the campaign started and felt absolutely confident that everything would go to plan and were kept up to date at all times. James is an excellent agent and auctioneer and it was great having him at the helm. He achieved a phenomenal result for us. We absolutely recommend James and the team at Hudson McHugh!

I've used Hudson McHugh (of whom James is a Director) for a couple of years. Firstly, to manage my elderly father's property as a rental then to sell. When I was looking for an agent to manage the property I made it clear that we wanted to rent the property then when the time was right sell it, and that if the agent did a good job managing the property, and we felt that we could trust them, then they would have first opportunity to sell it. I spoke to three agents (including one that is supposedly a friend of the family) and two lied to me about what rental return we could expect (presumably because they wanted to sell the house straight away). James gave us a very accurate assessment of what we could expect as rental income and when we decided to sell the house he did a superb job preparing it for sale and marketing it. The main thing I appreciated was the sharing of information and collaborative approach to selling. I was able to easily make decisions regarding how much we'd spend on the preparation of the property because I was getting accurate information. All up, we had a very good experience and would do the same thing if we had another property to sell.
