Joseph was a good support through the process of us securing our first home pre-auction. He was responsive, open in communication and clear on what we needed to lock in the sale. Appreciated his honesty and efforts to do the best by all parties involved. Thanks Joseph!

David has a great philosophy and methodology for achieving great real estate sales results. He has an excellent, intimate knowledge of the local area. He puts in the hard yards when it comes to follow ups and really understanding potential buyers. David is also excellent at keeping vendors fully informed on the progress of the campaign. I was very pleased with the results of my auction and the price achieved hit David's estimate. Thank you David.

This being the first time I have had to sell a property I was unsure of a lot of processes that needed to take place, however James' knowledge and assistance throughout the whole process made what could of been a difficult experience quite an easy one. His communication was fantastic, providing feedback and information on an almost daily basis and his willingness to help with any questions was great too. Highly recommend his services.

David was always available and patient with our many questions. While this can be an emotional experience, David took away all the guess work and pressure and took the time to explain a clear strategy that we felt comfortable with. I would not hesitate to recommend David and the entire Hudson McHugh team.

This is the 3rd property I have bought from James and although he fights hard for price for his vendor, James and the team are always brilliant to deal with. Great communicators. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I cannot fault any element of the engagement I had with Gabriela during the purchase of this unit. A very professional approach with regular email, phone, SMS communication. Advice was offered upon request, access for inspections were offered and managed seamlessly and flexibly. Support to my solicitor as requested was provided promptly. Additionally, a referral for subsequent rental of the unit was very much appreciated. I had received positive feedback on Gabriela's performance on another sale and was not disappointed.

It was a pleasure working with Joseph to secure my first home. I didn’t think I had a chance with this place, and if Joseph wasn’t on the ball in following me up, I would not have considered increasing my offer to secure the property. Joseph is friendly and warm, and worked quickly to help secure a deal that benefited both parties well before the auction and met specific needs. If I ever sell, I’ll definitely be in touch with Joseph!
