I would highly recommend Tammie as your agent. We literally decided to sell our rental, emailed her on a Sunday night and a friendly reply was in our inbox first thing Monday morning. From that point on, Tammie was in regular contact with us, sending an appraisal in days and moving onto listing our house within the week. She contacted us when offers were put forward and guided us along the way. Open house was set up in less than two weeks for a Saturday. We had an offer by the Monday afternoon, accepted it and Tammie even organised a solicitor for us as we don’t live locally. We are blown away by how friendly and professional Tammie has been with both us and our tenant. Not once did she feel pushy or unsupportive.
