Eliza is amazing - Highly recommend contacting her Eliza was amazing from day 1. She was clear on the process involved and was there for us every step of the way. There were no hidden surprises. What you see is what you get. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and she delivered more than we expected. Communication was outstanding with updates via chat, email and phone call. Plus updates wherever and whenever required, always on hand to answer any questions we had. The ultimate professional who cares for the area. All we had to do was listen, sit back and relax. A wonderful agent to work with 💯

Eliza is an awesome agent & a very kind hearted human being. When we first started the process of selling, we had a lot of agents come through & most of them just wanted a quick, easy sale. It was not the case with Eliza. From the get go, she just knew what we were after & actioned on every detail we enquired about. The whole process was stress free because she dug deep to get us a reasonable offer. She is not only an excellent agent, but also an incredible person in general, very friendly, kind, easy going, funny & honest (which is lacking in most agents today). Amazing Agent

Initially i was just asking for advice and an appraisal for possible sale or rent and what i need to do for either option. Jess gave me the advice i needed and she hooked me up with other peofessionals to help me. When I finally knew which direction to go, I called Jess and said I'm selling and wanting to buy a unit up in the sunshine coast. Jess helped me so much and between her and the sunshine coast agent I put an offer on the unit and listed my house the same day. Jess and her team had 21 days to sell my place. Jess had multiple offers within 3 days. I was very pleased with the offers. The whole process was so smooth despite only being in brisbane on the weekends. Jess and her team ensured any trade that had to do something at the house they would let them in and supervise. There were many questions and Jess was there at every step even whist sick wirh the flu. She went above and beyond to ensure there were no issues and made the whole process so easy for me. I had so much support from Jess, her team, the other agent who handled the purchase of the property I bought, and my solicitor. If I had to do it all again, I'd choose Jess again in a flash.
