So thankful to Chris and the team for their continued efforts in showing people through tirelessly, keeping conversations professional but friendly, clear and practical. His knowledge of the market was fantastic and he was able to discuss options with us in a way that made us feel comfortable and confident in his skills.

Throughout the entire process Gavin was always the professional. He was always open and honest about the market and gave realistic expectations on what we could expect for our property. At no stage were we pushed to choose him as our agent and kept in regular contact along our journey to sell and when the time came it was clear he was going to be our agent. We had regular contact with Gavin and his team to organise inspections that fit in with our schedules and when offers started coming in we were never pushed for the quick sale.

I want to thank Chris for helping us through each step of this purchase, he was a really helpful guy. He organized inspection time, for when we were able to make it. Also he followed up with us, which was really lovely.

Ruth was a breath of fresh air when it came to selling our house. She was enthusiastic right from the very first meeting and up to the successful auction. She informed us daily about how the marketing plan was going and was personally genuine with her attention to our feelings. She was dependable and certainly professional in all aspects of our property sale. We would definitely recommend Ruth to our family, friends and neighbors (in fact we already have) when buying or selling property. She was wonderful and a credit to her sales team!

When the market is down it certainly is a stressful time to sell a property. Megan was very supportive and informative the whole way through the selling process. She made us feel comfortable with the extensive amount of feedback she gave and keeping us well informed along the way. Megan brought a personal touch to her service with her friendly manner and enthusiasm to her work. She supported us greatly when we bought as well. We absolutely would recommend her services to anyone thinking of selling.

Our experience with Chris was nothing but positive. From our initial communications he was always honest & reliable in guiding us to a successful sale. His communications skills were excellent and he would constantly keep us informed of how the sale was progressing. He offered solid advice but in saying this would not pressure us into doing anything we weren't comfortable with. We would strongly recommend Chris to any seller. He will do his best to get you the best deal possible.

We dealt with a number of agents in the 8 months we were looking for a home. Matt and his team, particularly Ruth Malone were exceptional to deal with from the minute we were introduced to the moment we got the keys to our home. I could not recommend the Ray White Menai team highly enough! Thank you once again for all of your help.

Ruth was by far the most helpful, professional and punctual agent we dealt with, in the eight month quest for our forever home. We will happily recommend Ruth to anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly agent. Thank you once again Ruth for making our home buying experience a very positive one.

Megan was fabulous from the get go. She managed the sale of our property with professionalism and was sensitive to the situation we were managing. The market has been tricky and Megan navigated this terrain well, communicating often and keeping us both up to date with interest from prospective buyers. I would use Megan again in the future and would recommend her to anyone for the buying and selling of real estate.
