Feel very lucky to have had a real estate agent who had good knowledge of the property market. Great service and helped us through every step of the way.

We couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to go with Chris Lechowicz for the sale of our home in Illawong. Chris was able to give us great advice prior to us going on the market as to the best way to style and display our home. Once our marketing campaign commenced we were kept informed at all times as to what was happening. This enabled us to make an informed decision, guided by Chris, when the time was right to accept an offer and proceed with the sale. Chris was able to secure us the price we wanted in a short 2 weeks. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone thinking of selling, talk to him and let him guide you through what could be a stressful time with his local knowledge and expertise

Ruth was the agent selling the house we wished to purchase. We found her to be genuinely friendly and felt comfortable asking questions about the property - and we bought it!

From the very first moment we met Ruth we knew she was the agent for us. She came in well educated, organised and with a full plan of attack for the sale of our home. She kept us well informed, communicating with us every step of the way which helped us feel at ease. Her friendly nature, integrity, and passion for her job made selling as stress free as it could be and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell."

We recently listed our property with Gavin Ottaway after having no success with another local agent, who after 5 months failed to sell our home. Thanks to Gavin's extensive market knowledge and can do approach to sales, our property was sold the very next day after Gavin listed it for sale. At all times Gavin and the Ray White team were professional and communicative which we really appreciated ensuring a smooth stress free sale process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gavin Ottaway to any prospective vendors.
