We dealt with various of Gavin’s team as we searched for a new home, and a return to the Shire after decades away. Every one of the team we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and sought to understand our goals and limitations. We particularly appreciated the flexibility in enabling us to inspect properties outside the advertised Open Home hours, which was often necessary given the 2+ hour drive to the Shire from our former home. Once we found our new home the communication with Gavin’s team, and the process of offers and price negotiations always felt clear and professional. We told Gavin that we wanted to test the market to gauge the interest in our house. Gavin explained the options available and suggested releasing our property on their internal database would give us an indication, with minimal cost. Even though we were not committed to selling, Gavin made himself available to answer all our questions without ever pushing any agenda. We did go ahead with listing on Ray White's internal database, and sold our house after one open house. Gavin and his team couldn't have made the process any easier.
