Ruth put our minds at ease every step of the way with her stress free guidance and vibrant personality. She is a wealth of information and exceeded our expectations delivering us an outstanding result. Ruth is flexible, responsive, honest and professional. We highly recommend Ruth to anyone looking to sell or buy. We have dealt with quite a few agents throughout our search to purchase and no one is quite like Ruth. She is a rare find in the industry delivering the whole package.

Ruth was wonderful, very professional but also down to earth so we could follow all the processes of the sale.Ruth also did her best to get the highest price for the property, which we are very grateful for.

We dealt with various of Gavin’s team as we searched for a new home, and a return to the Shire after decades away. Every one of the team we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and sought to understand our goals and limitations. We particularly appreciated the flexibility in enabling us to inspect properties outside the advertised Open Home hours, which was often necessary given the 2+ hour drive to the Shire from our former home. Once we found our new home the communication with Gavin’s team, and the process of offers and price negotiations always felt clear and professional. We particularly single out Rob Devine from Gavin’s team, noting that as we looked at a couple of properties with him, he truly went the extra mile to assist us, including with our successful purchase. We highly recommend Gavin and his team at Ray White Sutherland.

We have used Alyssa previously and she was the first and only agent we would use for the second time. Very professional. Excellent communications skills. Always places clients needs before her own which is a very important trait in sales and real estate. Highest recommendations.

We told Gavin that we wanted to test the market to gauge the interest in our house. Gavin explained the options available and suggested releasing our property on their internal database would give us an indication, with minimal cost. Even though we were not committed to selling, Gavin made himself available to answer all our questions without ever pushing any agenda. We did go ahead with listing on Ray White's internal database, and sold our house after one open house. Gavin and his team couldn't have made the process any easier.

We met Chris to give us a property appraisal and were instantly comfortable and confident that he would be able to guide us through the process and get a good sale price. Chris was highly communicative, professional and reliable. We would recommend Chris to anyone selling or buying property in the Sutherland Shire.
