Chris was so hard working. He always has time to answer questions. When it came to getting photos of the place he was awesome. Really went above and beyond to get the best perspectives from the photographer. We saw other homes and real estate agents hadn’t taken good photos. So glad we went with Chris. The price we got for our unit was awesome also. A little more then expected. Such a good guy through the whole process. I was pretty blown away at how down to earth he was.

From the outset, Matt and Stephanie were totally professional and supportive. They showed great knowledge of the local area and market. Matt prepared a comprehensive marketing plan and rapidly implemented it. He organised the photos, house plan and signage within a day. Within 48 hours it was on the market. Matt’s team prepared a What’s App group site that enabled outstanding communication with all parties. We were constantly kept up to date with all relevant information - open houses, viewings, responses and comments. Our house sold in 6 days. That was 10 days from our first appointment and appraisal by Matt. We received a sale price that was in the range Matt had suggested.
