From the outset, Matt and Stephanie were totally professional and supportive. They showed great knowledge of the local area and market. Matt prepared a comprehensive marketing plan and rapidly implemented it. He organised the photos, house plan and signage within a day. Within 48 hours it was on the market. Matt’s team prepared a What’s App group site that enabled outstanding communication with all parties. We were constantly kept up to date with all relevant information - open houses, viewings, responses and comments. Our house sold in 6 days. That was 10 days from our first appointment and appraisal by Matt. We received a sale price that was in the range Matt had suggested. Overall, we could not have been happier with the service provided by Matt and the team from Ray White.
