We were extremely happy with Gavin and all his team. His knowledge of the market was evident by the large number of viewings. The communication with us throughout the campaign was very informative and comprehensive. The professionalism of Gavin, Rob Devine and the whole team was second to none. We would recommend Gavin Ottaway to anyone selling a property.

Stephanie was an outstanding agent from the very outset of the process of selling our home. She was lively and enthusiastic and showed a complete commitment to obtaining the most suitable outcome for us. She was totally professional in all her dealings with us and nothing was too much trouble. Stephanie arranged open house viewings to attract the most buyers and presented the house with little touches of flowers and candles. She is easily accessible and contactable at all times. The house sold within the price range within 6 days of being placed on the market at a price that was within the range specified. We could not recommend Stephanie and the whole team from Ray White Clover Real Estate more highly.

From the outset, Matt and Stephanie were totally professional and supportive. They showed great knowledge of the local area and market. Matt prepared a comprehensive marketing plan and rapidly implemented it. He organised the photos, house plan and signage within a day. Within 48 hours it was on the market. Matt’s team prepared a What’s App group site that enabled outstanding communication with all parties. We were constantly kept up to date with all relevant information - open houses, viewings, responses and comments. Our house sold in 6 days. That was 10 days from our first appointment and appraisal by Matt. We received a sale price that was in the range Matt had suggested. Overall, we could not have been happier with the service provided by Matt and the team from Ray White.
