Some months ago I engaged Chris at Ray White Menai concerning the sale of a property in the area which I knew I would want to list prior to Christmas. Chris immediately attended the property (within 20 minutes) and gave an honest appraisal of the property and made suggestions to improve the properties saleability. For the next couple of months Chris kept in contact with me whilst the property was prepared for sale. He provided me with updates on the local market and informed me what similar properties were selling for. In early December the property was listed off market meaning the advertising cost was much reduced. On the first open house a large number of persons attended. Chris sent me information on the feedback he had obtained from every group attending the open house. From that first open house, several offers were made one of which I accepted and the property is now sold, before Christmas. I found Chris and his team to be highly professional, honest and motivated and I could not recommend Chris highly enough. He went above and beyond even assisting us in re homing some furniture from the property. I could not fault this agent and would use him again in e future without hesitation.
