Great Communication & Trustworthy
My husband and I have purchased 9 houses and inspected many many more. Often my husband would not want to purchase a home, purely because the agent didn’t seem trustworthy. The home we purchased through Luke fit all of the criteria we were after, but ultimately we felt comfortable to make the purchase because Luke seemed like the type of guy that we could trust and that was being completely honest with us. His communication was excellent. I don’t have time or like talking to people on the phone, so Luke was more than happy to communicate with me over email and text message. I am sure if I wanted to do all of my communication over the phone or in person he would have been happy to make that happen as well. His appearance was professional and his attitute was approachable and helpful. He always appeared to be relax and ontop of everything. If I were to sell in Mildura, I would 100% use Luke. Like wise I would not hestitate to purchase from him again. I had never met nor dealt with Luke prior to this purchase and have nothing to gain from this review. I just genuinely believe in recommending Luke.

Agent to be recommended
Damian met with us when we were only contemplating shifting and selling our beautiful property. He gave us all the information we needed to go forward in selling and waited until we were ready to go forward with the property sale. Once we made the decision to sell, Damian came to our house after working hours and we worked on the details of the sale. We were recommended to go with “sale by fixed date” , and a plan for advertising and open days were organised. After every open day we had a verbal report and at the end of the week a vendor report. Rachael also assisted with text reminders and available to also answer questions. Our property sold before the fixed date and we were happy with the final price. Damian has kept us updated since the sale. We would highly recommend him to family, friends and anyone who asks. Thanks Damian for a great job.

Very Easy Sale!!!
