Luke is a pleasure to deal with. He 'held my hand' through the buying process - of which I had never experienced, and he ensured i understood what i had to do, what was going to occur, and what came next. He took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel stupid or bothersome. The house i sold was very old and quite run down, yet I did not feel he was less committed or interested in making sure the best outcome was achieved. And a pretty good outcome was achieved :-) Highly recommend him - he's great!

Luke is a young man who has a strong work ethic, is proffesional but approachable and friendly, and knows the market well. He shows integrity and guides and supports you with decisions about the selling process without ever being pushy (because selling/buying property can be emotional) and I felt he understands that well.
