Excellent knowledge of required legislation and compliance. Super efficient in having my property refreshed between tenants. They had the entire house painted, re-carpeted, window coverings replaced and all maintenance issues completed in a timely manner. Prospective tenants were vetted to my standards and an acceptable rent was achieved. I love the Ailo App used by Ray White Narangba and wished my other managing agents would adopt it as well.
