They had the entire house painted, re-carpeted, window coverings replaced and all maintenance issues completed in a timely manner. Ray White Narangba have recently taken over as our property manager for our investment home in Bellmere. Originally a little concerned being not in proximity to our property I thought may present some issues, however in dealing with them for the last couple of months we have found them to be very thorough and professional in their approach and follow through, and they have processes in place that makes the lack of proximity not an issue to date. They have successfully marketed and found suitable new tenants for our property and have professionally dealt with the previous tenants exit and new tenants entry to theirs and our mutual satisfaction.
