Paul and his team sold our house in Highbury. He was extremely helpful in advising what steps we should take to present the home to its full potential and combined with this his market knowledge was sensational. After each open inspection (we only had two) he and his team immediately liaised with us regarding feedback at the open then later in the week followed up with comments made by prospective buyers after they had been contacted by phone. He delivered on service and did what he said he was going to do and the price we got was slightly above his estimate.
