Paul was fantastic, he knew the area well. Was very approachable right from the beginning no hiding behind fancy words or promising us the world & not delivering on price. Very upfront & real, every weekend we would receive a phone call with how the open went. In the end we got the price that was achievable for the current market. I recently completed the sale of my former family home in Oakden, with Paul Bateman as agent. The sale process was highly successful in my view, with a price well above recent averages for the type of property in that suburb. Paul provided strategic advice in the early stages that proved to be extremely accurate. Advice was given on how best to prepare the property for sale, listing approach, advertising, and of course market pricing information. I was able to follow this advice, and the buyer response to the first open inspection was overwhelming. A number of offers were received in the first week, with the sale agreed in the second week. Paul's communication with me was first rate throughout, and he also managed a delicate situation with my former partner needing to be kept appraised of the sale process. I have no hesitation recommending Paul Bateman to future sellers.
