Gavin was straight with prices offered, making it easy to put forward an offer(, if you don't know you may put forward XYZ, then get told that's under what Mr and Mrs blog's offered(waste of time) so we put forward our two bobs worth, that wasn't accepted, but the vendor did indicate we where in the ballpark Gavin passed this on two us, and we came back with a price, both buyer and seller where happy with, all simple and straight forward.
