From my first communication with Gavin - he was honest, realistic and made me feel at ease during the process. There were some challenges with regards to the property I was selling, exacerbated further by the COVID-19 situation. Given my predicament, it was especially comforting to have a well-informed and results-driven agent that maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the process.
