Going with Gavin again to sell an investment property proved a good move again. He sold one last year within 2 weeks, and despite Covid restrictions this one didn’t take much longer. Gavin knows the market, selects pricing that will sell quickly and gets together a large sample of prospective buyers in through the property quickly. Little hassle for the tenant when the process is short.
