Gavin came to our house probably 3 times over a 3 year period each time we were almost at that point of selling. When I said to him that it wasn’t quite the right time, there were no questions! But when we were ready he was organized ! The final time came and he had everything organized. Very professional, our house sold quickly in a slower going real estate market. During the offers he was very helpful and gave us as much info as he could ! Gavin and the whole team were very helpful with all of our questions. Gavin had good knowledge of the market and area that we were selling our house. He was a good salesman, contactable and gave us plenty of feedback. We wish he had been a little more informative on what he thought we would sell our house for and given us reasons (that he gave us at a later date) as to why he would put our price range the way we did later on. As it went we wanted to put it up for more but it didn't sell straight away so we put it down to Gavin's suggestion. It sold once it went down but we feel we could've got a little more if we had have marketed it at Gavin's suggested price originally. Goes to show he knows his stuff, he needed to be a little more firm with us though, top agent!
