Working with Ron Marshall at Ray White (Pakenham) exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Ron was incredibly friendly and took time to explain every detail for buying a house. Ron wasted no time from the moment i put in my offer for the house. He took the written offer from me and got back to me same day with a positive response. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though i was on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in my offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Ron! It was a crazy ride, but i was able to buy a beautiful home in my price range and even in the neighborhood i loved the best! i definitely could not have done this without Ron, and he really took care of me well during the negotiation and i am sure he will make the closing as smooth as he has made the rest of the deal so far. i hope that i will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, i will definitely call Ron! i recommend him and Ray white (Pakenham) so very highly.
