I would highly recommend Steven to sell your property. He was always friendly and professional. Thank you for your guidance and persistence in holding open houses every weekend despite the time on market.

We first started to deal with Bart around 1 year before we listed our home. During this time Bart stayed in regular contact without being your typical pushy agent. When it came time to list Bart took plenty of time to run us through the process and what options we had as far as the actual listing was concerned. We followed his advice fairly closely and to Barts credit the property sold in a little over a week for a sum that was pretty much in the middle of the estimated range.

Thank you Bart for all of your help with the purchase of our first home. We couldn’t be any happier with the process & professionalism you have shown. You have been great to communicate with & answered all our crazy and wonderful questions as first home buyers! We will 100% recommend you to anyone we can & will keep you on hand for future realestate needs! Thank you again & we cannot wait to start our life in our new home!

Steven was extremely communicative with us and as first home buyers explained the process to ensure we were able to complete all the paper work. He was valuable with his time and allowed us to organise the required building and pest inspections to ensure a swift result during our cooling off period.

From day 1, Bart was a true professional. He had had a great understanding of the local market, and what he thought we could get out of the property. Every step of the process was easy, his communication was great and he was on time everytime to every appointment and open home. He followed up on every lead, with a forensic review each week so we knew exactly what to expect. After the deal was done, Bart was proven to be exactly right on sale price, and time on the market and we are very happy with the final result. Would not hesitate to recommended Bart to anyone. 10/10
