We trusted Steven with the selling of our property - we met him when we purchased the property 3 years ago. Steven is personable and knows McGraths Hill like no other agent. Very quick to respond to any query that we had during the process - and to our benefit, our property sold after being on the market for one week.

I can't recommend Steven enough - he was just wonderful to deal with. I was kept up to date with the progress of the sale & nothing was too much trouble (he was even hands on with getting the house spruced up & looking it's best for the market) Steven always answered the phone when I called & responded very quickly to any emails or text messages. Finally a great price was achieved which was definitely a result of his hard work, focus & commitment. Thank you very much Steven!

Steven was one of the first real estate agents we spoke to when we started to look for our family home and our first impressions were that he was friendly with a sense of humour and took the time to have a proper conversation about our requirements and budget. As our search continued and the more interactions we had with Steven we would now also describe him with equal parts professional, genuine, sincere and transparent. Steven gave us all the facts simply and there was no pressure to rush our decisions. Our situation was relayed to the vendor and the vendor’s situation was relayed to us in a professional manner and with that transparency we were able to achieve a shorter settlement which benefited both parties. In addition to the above Steven was also able to introduce us to our new neighbours whom had also purchased their home from Steven many years prior and it quite evident there was an excellent rapport to this day. We will strongly encourage any friends and family to contact Steven who are looking to purchase or sell in the area.

For us selling our family home was a bitter sweet moment and Steven made the whole process seemless and stress free. Steven is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and nothing was ever too big of an ask for him. Our home sold at the first open home and our friends and family couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened. If you are thinking of selling your home, I highly recommend Steven!

He was honest, sincere and genuine during the buying process, we trusted him during the selling process. This time around, we saw how hard he worked for us to get the best price whilst maintaining his integrity and honesty. We can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Steven.

9 years ago I purchased my property off Steve Garay so it seems fit that I would sell it through Steve aswell. I am more than happy with the result and had no doubt that Steve would deliver. Steve knows McGrath’s Hill like the back of his hands. It was a very fast sale, only one open home inspection. Well done!
