Bart recently helped my wife and I sell our house we had a few hiccups along the way absolutely no fault of Bart's just from the buyers end. During the whole process we were obviously incredibly stressed out and worried we wouldn't get the price we were after Bart was so calm during the whole sale and kept us well informed and got us an absolutely incredible price. Great communication and really nice bloke could not recommend him anymore highly do yourself a favour and if you want the best price for your house use Bart.
