Bart was a great go-between for us, in the sale of my property, dealing with current tenants, prospective buyers and legal fraternity in such a professionaland caring manner. Importantly he has advocated on our behalf and with our interests in mind. He achieved above any of our initial expectations, keeping us informed about processes and progress. I believe his influence has ensured that the value of the sale was appropriate to the satisfaction of both parties. Bart's ability, reliability and professionalism as an Agent, is worthy of recognition. I would not hesitate to recommend Bart or commend his services to anyone seeking an ethical advocate in the sale process.

Chris was always available to ask questions and had immediate answers. There was always constant communication with updates giving great advise without us feeling pressured to accept his advice. Chris easily understood our needs and worked to make sure they were met as best he could. His knowledge of negotiation and buyer patterns/needs was on point. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris as an agent and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you Chris, it was a pleasure working with you 😊

Bart was our first pick to be our agent. He is friendly, genuine and professional. His communication and keeping us up to date was more than we could have asked for. He works around the clock to achieve the best outcome, responding to texts and calls out of hours and weekends. This is an agent you want. Our price was achieved and we couldn’t be happier. I have known Bart for a number of years, firstly as a property manager who managed my investment property, and more recently as a real estate sales professional. Bart is reliable, trustworthy, persistent, provides excellent service, and sought my best interests as a property manager and sales professional. I would recommend Bart to anyone who wishes to sell their property, or needs advice about a range of property matters.

Bart Portelli recently sold my property in South Windsor satisfying my expectations and above those of the market. I can highly recommend Bart for his attention to detail and his exceptional communication skills. I received a verbal update after every open house and a written report via email outlining the number of prospective buyers attending the open house, number of views across the social media platforms and on the website. All very informative and reassuring that my property was being proactively marketed. I highly recommend Bart to any sellers in the Hawkesbury region!

Both Bart and Chris were nothing short of helpful, professional and great to deal with. From our first enquiry right through to sale they were always only a phone call away & willing to assist with any questions we had. They made the process stress free and seamless. I would highly recommend both Bart and Chris, and will be using them for all future sales in our future.

I was sure that I would have a hard time trusting anyone after my latest experience with another realestate agent..! It is a huge credit to Bart that I felt willing and able to trust his service and leave my property in his hands for its sale. He communicated openly and honestly, and did everything within his power to meet our needs. We didn't feel pushed into our decision to sell or re-let our property, and when needed he allowed us the time to think over our decision before committing to the sale. A very knowledgable, personable and professional agent, Bart was an absolute breath of fresh air after our previous experiences!

Bart has been beyond helpful to deal with, especially as it is our first property purchase. Bart is very knowledgeable and calm even when unforeseen events occur (flooding). He ensured that the purchase of the property went smoothly and has always been available to communicate with me, or calls me straight back if I have left a message. I cannot thank Bart for all his hard work and time during this process.
