We've dealt with Chris a couple of times over the years and both times it's been a smooth and easy process. Chris is a true professional who respects your needs, all the while being realistic and transparent. I appreciate his honesty and ability to get the job done. Thanks Chris!

I have had the pleasure of having Chris sell my parents home . While this was a messy process due to circumstances once Chris got himself involved I could not be happier with how honest Chris was . He did not sugar coat anything and he obviously trades by the same motto that I trade under " Bad news is better than none". Chris has his finger on the pulse and has a realistic approach to current market trends. Selling a home after a bereavement is not a pleasant experience but I thank Chris for his no BS approach.

Chris very quickly gained my trust and respect. Chris presented as forthright and honest all through the marketing and sale process. Prior to that Chris's support and guidance in preparing my property for sale was invaluable. I appreciated Chris's professionalism, thoughout the whole process. I would and have recommended Chris and his team to others. Kindest regards, Donna.

We originally contacted Andrew regarding another place in another town but Andrew suggested we take a look at this place which I was hesitate about because I had my mind set on the location I wanted, I'm glad he made this suggestion as it ended up being the perfect location after all, I'm so glad Andrew listened to what we were saying we wanted in a home and recommended we take a look, hence he was right and we are very happy with our purchase it ticked all the boxes for what we required.

I have known Chris for 15 years. He was the salesman when I bought my first investment property and then he managed tenants until it was sold this year. He dealt with the sale of that property as well as the sale of our family home recently. He was always very trustworthy with excellent communication and advice. He has a very professional manner and went out of his way to ensure a quality service around rental management and property sales. I would thoroughly recommend him for any real estate services!!

Chris and the team were so helpful in listing my deceased mother's home. At a very sensitive time for our family, Chris made the process very easy. The internet listing was very professional and I'm sure contributed to the quick sale. We were kept informed every step of the way and a big mention to Yuri who closed the deal!
