Bart demonstrated an intricate understanding of the current marketplace. He provided consistent communication about the processes involved with selling our home. We were able to get a price much higher than we were expecting and are very happy with the outcome.

Our first meeting with Bart convinced us that he was the Agent to sell our property, He had a clear strategy and we loved the fact that he would be present for all open homes. Bart kept us up to date throughout the whole process, Bart was available at all times to discuss anything as selling a home can be scary but Bart kept us at ease, Bart is very knowledgeable providing us with Market updates ect. We were referred to Bart by a prior vendor and we were not disappointed with the results and the expectations we had.

Working with Bart for the sale of our property was a no-brainer. He was very communicative, straight to the point, and did exactly what he told us he would do; sell our home quickly and hassle-free. Bart had a contract signed within 2 weeks of being on the market. We got the price we were after and are extremely happy with the whole process. We will definitely be using him again if the opportunity comes up.

I would highly recommend Bart as your agent if you are looking to sell. Bart went above & beyond with not only doing open homes on the weekends but also during the week as well as showing potential buyers through privately, with Barts amazing work ethic our house was only on the market for 1 week before it sold, Bart was able to get us a selling price that we wanted. Bart is very professional, honest & reliable, he is always available to call or text and gets back to you quickly! So glad that we chose Bart to be our agent! 🙂

As first home buyers it was a stressful period, but the agent was helpful in all processes along the way. With every step being an unknown we were kept in the loop and they were always available to contact.

Bart arrives with a smile and is always contactable. He was always on top of everything with answers to all our questions. He fought for the best outcome and never suggested we take less than what we wanted. He may not control the market but his understanding and reading of it is outstanding. We couldn't find a better agent to deal with.
