My father Passed away unexpectedly. I was in a confused state of mind. I needed to start think about selling dad's house. I google searched real estate agents close to my dad's house suburb. Lots of choices where available. I searched for one that I felt would be the right choice that could assist me with the decisions needed. Jon Paul, from Ray White Robina was my choice. Best decision I made. Jon visited me at dad's house. Discussed all possible options for the best sale for dad's house. The house was run down and desperately needed some tidying up for resale. Jon arranged everything A to Z Contracts, advertising, Marketing, open house, Auction etc. Trades to clean and paint the house, tidy gardens, handy man works. Jon kept me up to date with all Works. We bought our property off Jon 6 years ago and when it came time to reluctantly sell, Jon was certainly at the top of our list to look after our property. Jon was very friendly, professional and hard working and was always contactable about even the smallest things. He even loaned us his outdoor furniture for the photo shoot!! Always trying his best to get us the best result possible, we were happy and very satisfied that he did the best he could to help us sell to the right buyer at auction. A wealth of experience and a great sense of humor made the experience of selling less stressful than what we thought........ although still stressful 😅. Would highly recommend Jon for a consultation to sell your property. We were not disappointed and would easily recommend and use him again in the future.

We were really happy we chose to go with Karyn to sell our house. Karyn and her team were really easy to communicate with and very efficient with getting things up and running from the moment we gave them the go ahead. Karyn clearly communicated her strategy and gave us full confidence that she knew what she was doing, and she did! The house went live and was sold after the first weekend's viewing which was all thanks to the hard work that she put in. Karyn was staying in touch with us throughout the week leading up to the first open home with updates from the live real estate ads and enquiries she had been getting. She held 3 open homes on the weekend for us to ensure we got the most exposure given the unusual access (being an Airbnb), phoned us with updates after each inspection, phoned all of the interested parties the same day they inspected and generated interest and competition which resulted in a secured sale. We could not have been more impressed and were also really grateful for the support with the final negotiations required to ensure we went unconditional. Highly recommend Karyn.
