Selling our house in Mudgeeraba was my 19th Real Estate transaction over a 36 year period. Trusting Kahlee Townsend with this sale was the smartest Real Estate decision I’ve ever made. This had been our family home which we rented out when we left Australia 4 years ago. That alone was a big decision at the time and we unfortunately elected to have the property managed through a different agency. 4 years later our beautiful home was in a lesser condition and our stress levels dealing with our Agent were through the roof. We approached Kahlee who responded immediately in a professional and no-pressure manner, laying out our options to rent or sell through Ray White. We elected to sell and even though we are now based on the other side of the world, Kahlee has been supportive, communicative, professional and transparent throughout the process. Kahlee has gone above & beyond to assist us in organising required works, access for trades and recommending appropriate actions. Many agents will tell you “Your first offer is your best offer”. This underlies the basis of a commission sale. For the typical sales agent, a $25,000 commission for 2 weeks work is better than a $30,000 commission for 2 months work, but not Kahlee. We received prompt feedback after each open house, clear, objective data regarding all offers and guidance on how to proceed in regard to those offers. There was never any pressure, only support. We did accept an offer that subsequently fell through. In the midst of our surprise and disappointment, Kahlee responded with an objective and experience-driven plan of action. We subsequently sold the property within 2 weeks for a higher price. This was purely and solely due to the efforts of Kahlee Townsend.
