From the start Karyn ensured we were comfortable with the whole process of selling our property. She was very easy to deal with and most of all honest in her approaches with us. Our property took longer to sell than we all thought but in the end achieved a reasonable price. I always had faith that she would sell- she was so determined. Karyn kept us up to date continually re: reports from open homes and current property reports, which was very much appreciated as it gave us a better picture of would be buyers. Her offsider Keiren was also instrumental with open houses and I'm sure will succeed with her mentoring. I would recommend Karyn to anyone selling/buying their property.
