We decided to use Kahlee as our real estate agent to sell our house because because of her strong presence in Bonogin, we have observed her multiple recent sales of similar properties and upon speaking with her we decided that if her determination to secure us as clients was anything to go by that she would be perfect to sell our home.

Kahlee and her Team have been nothing short of amazing during the sale of our home. With Kahlee’s reputation in our area it was a no brainer when it came time to sell, who we would entrust as our agent. From start to finish Kahlee and her Team have been professional, honest and committed. We whole heartedly recommend The Kahlee Townsend Team and think their service is second to none.

From beginning to end Kayrn and Keiran made our purchase experience easy and stress free. They were so accommodating and available, and just generally helpful in all aspects of the property sale.

From start to finish, Karyn led us through the selling process with confidence. She kept us informed at all times, was very approachable and listened well to our needs as a seller. We have bought and sold at least 6 times and I feel that Karyn was the best agent that we have experienced so far. Thank you for making is a quick sale and working so hard for us!

Karyn is an absolute pure delight to work with from start to finish. She always has time and a phone call or message never goes unanswered. It is as if the woman doesn't sleep until she has the deal (in heels!) done...! We highly recommend Karyn for all property matters - she assisted us with selling as well as purchasing our dream property, negotiating for over 12 months with the seller off market. Outstanding result from a team with the moto, 'what ever it takes.' If you want to be backed by a winner, here she is.

Selling our house in Mudgeeraba was my 19th Real Estate transaction over a 36 year period. Trusting Kahlee Townsend with this sale was the smartest Real Estate decision I’ve ever made. This had been our family home which we rented out when we left Australia 4 years ago. That alone was a big decision at the time and we unfortunately elected to have the property managed through a different agency. 4 years later our beautiful home was in a lesser condition and our stress levels dealing with our Agent were through the roof. We approached Kahlee who responded immediately in a professional and no-pressure manner, laying out our options to rent or sell through Ray White. We elected to sell and even though we are now based on the other side of the world, Kahlee has been supportive, communicative, professional and transparent throughout the process. Kahlee has gone above & beyond to assist us in organising required works, access for trades and recommending appropriate actions. Many agents will tell you “Your first offer is your best offer”. This underlies the basis of a commission sale. For the typical sales agent, a $25,000 commission for 2 weeks work is better than a $30,000 commission for 2 months work, but not Kahlee. We received prompt feedback after each open house, clear, objective data regarding all offers and guidance on how to proceed in regard to those offers. There was never any pressure, only support. We did accept an offer that subsequently fell through. In the midst of our surprise and disappointment, Kahlee responded with an objective and experience-driven plan of action. We subsequently sold the property within 2 weeks for a higher price. This was purely and solely due to the efforts of Kahlee Townsend. Whether I was buying or selling, my first phone call would be to Kahlee.

We visited the house we bought a minimum of 3 times, Karyn was very honest about the processes and how she was conducting house inspections and so on. Karyn and her team are absolutely very easy and friendly people, they also helped us with relocating the property we were renting. Recommend this amazing team to every one :)

She has kept in touch, making sure I was up to date with processes. She has my back and I am very very appreciative, she continues to offer support even after the sale. Thanks Karyn.
