My experience selling an apartment through Orren was seamless. He was professional from the get go and kept me updated through every step of the process. This was my first time selling a property and Orren made it simple and stress free. Honestly could not recommend him more!

Karyn kept me updated regularly and made the settlement process as stress-free as possible , Being available to address any questions or concerns that I had , As some last minute renovations had to be completed which caused some delays, but it's good that Karyn was proactive in keeping me informed about the progress all the way until we finally settled

We recently purchased our property through Kahlee and couldn’t be more happy with her professionalism, service and knowledge about the area. We found her very personable, easy to chat and work with - communication was 100%. Definitely recommend Kahlee and her team to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.

Kahlee and her team were amazing to deal with from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and we’re always available to answer any questions. It also helped that Kahlee had such great knowledge of the area of Bonogin, which was definitely what pushed us to over the line to buy. Thank you Kahlee and her team.

We visited a property open with no intentions of buying, so went in blind. Throughout the process Kahlee was a calm communicator which made the new and unplanned situation easier. Kahlee was accommodating to our requirements, working with our broker and then assisting with settlement dates. Most noticeable is Kahlee's calm approach to selling and dealing with all parties. Thank you for your assistance.

From the start Karyn ensured we were comfortable with the whole process of selling our property. She was very easy to deal with and most of all honest in her approaches with us. Our property took longer to sell than we all thought but in the end achieved a reasonable price. I always had faith that she would sell- she was so determined. Karyn kept us up to date continually re: reports from open homes and current property reports, which was very much appreciated as it gave us a better picture of would be buyers. Her offsider Keiren was also instrumental with open houses and I'm sure will succeed with her mentoring. I would recommend Karyn to anyone selling/buying their property.

Kieran at Ray White was fantastic in all aspects of the sale. He was in constant communication each step of the way, making the buying process a breeze. If I had a question, he would respond in a very timely manner. He was always professional and knowledgeable about the property. Kieran is a fantastic, friendly agent who I would highly recommend. Thank you so much for your support and happy disposition.

We just purchased a house through Karyn and she was just as helpful for us as the seller. She was always available to answer any questions but was not in any way pushy like some other agents. Couldn't recommend her highly enough! If we ever sell/buy again we will definitely be using Karyn :)
