Our new home was a 'meant to be' kind of experience, we made an offer from a drive by viewing. Everything was easy, first offer accepted and the owners were patient with us while we sold our apartment. Kahlee and her team provided great service in helping facilitate the whole thing quite effortlessly and made the transaction a positive one as we bought our new home. Thankyou! We are so happy here 😊

Selling one of your biggest assets is always daunting, however Karyn O'Dea and team covered all the bases and left no stone unturned. Understanding the twists and turns of the current property market is no easy task and even more difficult in terms of setting real expectations for the seller. We would describe Karyn as the Queen of communication and a true industry professional. We have never been fans of industry spin and we are thankful that Karyn is a straight shooter and tells it how it is.. no fluff, no guff, just honest feedback. Spreading the net wide and finding the right buyer for a property is critical to sales success and Karyn and the team pushed every opportunity to find that perfect connection between our property and the final buyer. We are advocates and would certainly sell another property through Karyn O'Dea.

Jon was very helpful with market research even before we signed up with him and Ray White. He obviously has extensive knowledge about the local real estate market. He was very professional throughout the process and also very personable. Communication was excellent, he and his colleagues were always quick to respond to our queries and we were always kept up to date with the status of potential buyers after each open house. Basically, I feel that Jon is a dedicated and hard working agent.

We initially had the meeting with Kahlee as we had seen so many “For Sale” signs in Bonogin and were aware of how quickly they sold. Upon speaking with Kahlee we found a wonderful, kind and friendly person who was very professional. Her amazing sales record and successful performance as a real estate agent sealed the deal for us.

Dealing with Karyn and Kieran with the purchase of our new property was great. Both were excellent communicators, promptly responding to our various queries but without ever pestering when they wanted something from us. Kieran especially went out of his way to help us and make the transaction as seamless as possible. Great guy. Great team.

Jon Paul took the time to get as many people through the door as possible to get the sale. Not only did he follow up with all people that viewed my property, he always took the time to keep us updated on how all inspections went and potential buyers thoughts on the property. Then he irked hard on negotiations to get the best possible price. Thank you Jon Paul

Dylan really helped us when we needed it, our property was not having any luck with a previous agent but he was able to list and sell our property with multiple offers! He has exceeded our expectations and will be happy to work with him in the future.
