Orren and Simone were a pleasure to deal with. A can-do solutions guy and gal….nothing was a problem for them. They assisted magnificently, above and beyond, in solving some last minute, unusual issues that may have become headaches if not dealt with swiftly, calmly, professionally and sensitively. Orren is a seasoned professional, of course, and you get the feeling that he has seen all the potential pitfalls before….so is skilled in avoiding them. While working for the vendor, this team facilitated our tasks as purchasers very professionally and promptly. Sound and timely communication skills are amongst their many strengths. I don’t usually give written recommendations, but In an often sleazy and untrustworthy industry, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon either Orren or Simone in any of my future real estate transactions.
