Kahlee is honest, friendly and passionate. When we decided to sell our home, we knew we would appoint Kahlee as our agent. She has the knowledge and experience to guide us through our sale and act in our best interests. We highly recommend Kahlee and wouldn't hesitate to enagage her again in the future.

Choosing Kahlee as our agent was a very easy decision. Her professionalism, knowledge of the local market, extreme level of preparedness and all-round enthusiasm made her stand out from the other agents we considered. Kahlee and her team were a dream to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome she achieved for us. Kahlee did all the hard work in the background to generate multiple offers, leaving us with nothing to do but choose from several excellent offers. It was all very quick and we can’t thank Kahlee enough for making it such a stress-free experience. We strongly recommend Kahlee if you’re looking to sell in our beautiful part of the world.

We've dealt with just about every real estate agent on the Gold Coast whilst looking to buy a property for 8 months. Kieran is the only agent whom always returned phone calls and kept communication open. He was the only agent who got us to increase our offer - which resulted in a sale price almost 10% over our first offer. We will definitely use Kieran to sell our home in the future.

An outstanding and consummate professionals from start to finish. He ensured that every development was addressed with consummate professionalism. When challenging thing prior to settlement did arise, Jon's casual humour and determined attitude ensured a trustworthy process and positive outcome. It is without reservation that I can recommend JON for future endeavours, when engaging either as a purchaser/vendor in the property business.

Jon was a pleasure to deal with - he knows his stuff and takes an interest in your property and situation. Jon was a great help to me completing some renovations prior to selling - he always followed through with what he said he would do and the trades he recommended were first class. Great communication and source of knowledge- plus a great guy. If you are looking to sell or buy, I would highly recommend you contact Jon!

Karyn has been professional, caring, relatable and concerned to be fair to both the buyer (me) and seller of the property. I've recently had the experience of dealing with multiple agents as a buyer and hands down I'd have to say she's a shining light of integrity, commonsense and fairness to both sides when compared to multiple other agents I encountered in my search for a new home. She's been in communication all the way through and has worked to make sure both the seller & I have been treated fairly. Plus her communication has been amazing! I've already told her if we're both still around in 20 years, she's got the gig of selling the house she just sold me.
