The whole process was short and quick (from open home to purchase) and therefore we did not have extensive dealing with Kahlee, we did find her very approachable and professional. She is also very thoughtful and ensured that the handover of the keys was seamless, welcoming and special. Thank you Kahlee.

Jon helped me with the purchase of a property earlier this year. His help and guidance during the process was just excellent and very much appreciated. Many thanks, Jon.

Kahlee is fantastic. She is communicative, knowledgeable, and incredibly diligent. Her advice and insight on putting together an attractive proposal proved correct - we were under contract immediately following our first open home! We can't thank Kahlee enough. She is the number one agent in our area and deservedly so. I can't imagine you'll find a better realtor.

Jon is an extremely professional, honest and supportive real estate agent who I couldn’t recommend enough. We required Jon to quickly sell our investment property due to my husbands serious health issues and to get us a great price. In order to do this Jon made suggestions about how we should present the property and the most effective marketing strategy. We listened and I’m so glad we did. Within one week he’d presented us with three fantastic signed contracts. Because of our circumstances we settled on the strongest contract, not the highest offer and were delighted to sell at only $4000 below our asking price. Jon continued to market and offer viewings of our property right up until the day of settlement. Which I think is a testament to his commitment to us as clients. Jon is a lovely person and a highly skilled real estate agent. You won’t regret choosing him to sell your property. Jadro and Natalie Sabelja

I need to start with a BIG Thank You!!!!!! When we decided to sell our home we spoke with a number of different agents before deciding on who to choose. When we met Karyn we hands down knew from opening the door that she was the lady for us! We sat on the floor to talk “business” while our two little ones caused havoc around us, and she took in in her stride making friends with Mr 3 and my husband and I too. We had two open homes one on Thursday and one on Saturday and had a signed contract Sunday... our home was sold in 6 days! We could not have been more thrilled with the outcome. We could not praise the whole team more highly. Thank you to you all! A special mention also has to be given to Amber who assisted greatly! Love the Rundle’s xxxxx
