To Whom It May Concern, We are very grateful to Orren who has quickly resold a property that we mistakenly bought under duress coming out from a 2nd operation for the big "C". These things happen ! Orren was a fantastic agent not only working for the seller but also myself the buyer. The negoation on the purchase of the property was relatively easy but from then on Orren worked very hard to make sure that the deal went through. I had a lot of trouble with different financiers involved, extending settlement a number of times and getting credit approved.
