Our recent sale of our house at Helensvale was made easy by Karyn's knowledge of the area and the marketing of our property. She kept in constant contact and kept us up to date on all Open Houses, contracts and negotiations. She was able to secure a contract for us (one of many) within 36 hrs of putting our property going on the Internet. I would recommend her to any prospective client.

Karyn has been my families buying and selling agent for about 9 years now. We love her. She is honest , decent, hardworking and works really hard to make the "hit the market" day well publicized to all her potential buyers.

As well as being Professional, she was kind, understanding, helpful, considerate and most pleasant at all times.

Our purchase was probably not the most straight forward deal but the effort and communication from Karyn and her team made us (the buyers) so comfortable to hang in there and secure our family home. Karyn went above and beyond for us and I'm sure that if that was the experience we had as the buyers she would exceed this for her sellers. Thank you again to you Karyn and your team for getting us to settlement and securing our home. Nicole & Scott

Karyn goes above and beyond. She endeavors to do the utmost possible - a better real estate agent would be hard to find. I have had dealings with her on 2 occasions, once buying my house ( moved from Darwin to GC) then selling my mothers house . Highly recommend her to anyone. Cheryl Munson

Working with Karyn was such a great experience! She lead us through from start to finish. She made time for us whenever we had questions and was patience with us when we took awhile deciding to go on the market. She communicated with us through the entire process. She went above and beyond! Made recommendations on how to display our home which made the sale of our property extremely quick!! Karyn was able to get above our asking price which was just amazing! I'd recommend Karyn to anyone who was looking to buy or sell as she treats both parties with high respect and equally important as they are. We would use Karyn again for any future property dealings.
