Karyn, I would recommend you and your office to anyone selling or buying real estate on the coast. I only wish you could assist buyers and sellers further afield so that I could recommend you to everyone I know. It's been an absolute pleasure.

Thank you Karyn, you sold our unit in a very short time period. You display all the qualities a valued real estate agent should possess. A professional demeanor with a friendly and can-do attitude. I would certainly recommend Karyn for people wanting to sell quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much for Karyn, once again thank you for a job well done.

We cannot thank you enough for all of your efforts in selling our home at Mount Nathan. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and passion shown when selling our home in Pacific Pines a number of years ago made it an easy decision to track you down this time and we are not disappointed. Again, you made us feel comfortable and at ease prior to and for the short duration that our home was listed for sale. After 6 days on the market and one open home you presented us with a contract that not only met, but exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with you personally & professionally and would have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending you to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Karyn was a pleasure to deal with. We had an extremely stressful sale due to a very uncooperative neighbour. Karyn did everything in her power to get the sale of our property through. She was always available to take our calls and went above and beyond her responsibilities as an Agent. She eased the stress as much as she possibly could and we were extremely grateful to her. She is very knowledgable about the property market and secured a sale for us within the first 24 hours.

Having had multiple dealings with Real Estate Agents, I have to say that when we listed our property for sale with Karyn it was more like dealing with a friend than an Agent. Karyn was always available and went above and beyond to sell our property within a deadline as we had contracted to purchase another property. She worked extremely hard for us to achieve the desired result. We cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely deal with her again in the future.
