Based on our experience with current Property Agent, Jacqui Smit, she has absolutely won my confidence with her leasing knowledge and commitment in such unprecedented tumultuous times and with Federal Government's move to allow 6 months non eviction for tenants and possible rent freeze. She has unrelentless followed up on history of rental arrears with our tenant. She has shown empathy to the tenants whilst fulfilling her duty to the landlord. We can't thank her enough. I had a terrible experience with Raywhite Rochdale. They had poor communication, were rude and were unhelpful. The property we lived in for a year was very old, rusty and was in a disgusting condition when we moved in. The property was not cleaned and pest controlled before we moved in and when I complained no body heard me. I had the most awful experience with this real estate agent and with the property manager.

I live interstate and have an investment property in Brisbane. The property was managed by another agent until end of last year. My property was rented out at much lower rate and found out that it was getting damaged by rodents and the tenant. I was stressed out and struggled to sort out the issues and being interstate made it worse. My wife's investment property is managed by Ray White Rochedale. She suggested me to talk to them and I spoke to Ashley Neufeld. As soon as Ashley took over the management of my property, things started getting on track. Following are some of the things that helped me deal with the situation: - Ashley has excellent client communication / service skills. She listened and understood all the issues and straight away took actions. - She regularly updated me with the developments. She took the trouble of taking pics and video of the property before and after the damage was repaired. This was very helpful for me to be across the work done from interstate. - She is very detailed and pays great deal of attention to even small things. - She rented out my property at much higher rate within two weeks. - She made sure that everything is in place before she went on leave during Christmas holiday. It is hard to come across professionals like Ashley who take care of the things to such a great extent. I am planning to buy a second investment property in Brisbane and that means more work for you Ashley :)
